GENERAL INFORMATION:
Generic Name: testosterone propionate
Testolic is a common oil-based inject able testosterone. The added propionate extends the activity of the testosterone but it is still comparatively much faster acting than other testosterone esters such as Cypionate and Enanthate. While cypionate and Enanthate are injected weekly, propionate is most commonly injected at least every third day to keep blood levels steady. For strength and muscle mass gains, this drug is quite effective. With propionate, androgenic side effects seem somewhat less pronounced than with the other testosterones, probably due to the fact that blood levels do not build up as high. Users often report less gyno trouble, lower water retention and commonly claim to be harder on prop than with the others. This however is still a testosterone and, as with all testosterone products, androgenic side effects are unavoidable. It should also be noted that propionate is often a very painful injection. Users very regularly report swelling and noticeable pain for days after a shot.
DOSAGES:
The most common dosage schedule for this compound (men) is to inject 50 to 100mg, every day or 2nd day. As with the more popular esters, the total weekly dosage would be in the range of 300-700mg. As with all Testolic compounds, this drug is most appropriately suited for bulking phases of training. Here it is most often combined with other strong agents such as Dianabol, Anadrol, or Deca-Durabolin, combinations that prove to work quite well. Testolic however is sometimes also used with non-aromatizing anabolic/androgens during cutting or dieting phases of training, a time when it's fast action and androgenic nature are also appreciated. Popular stacks include a moderate dosage of Testolic with an oral anabolic like
Winstrol (15-35 mg daily)
Primobolan (50-150mg daily)
Oxandrolone (15-30mg daily)
Women using inject able Testolic should only use this preparation. The dosage schedule should also be more spread out for a female bodybuilder, with injections coming every 5 to 7 days. The dosage obviously would be lower as well, generally in the range of 25mg to 50mg per injection.
Side effects:
Possible side effects of Testolic are:
Nausea, vomiting, headache, skin color changes, increased/decreased sexual interest, oily skin, hair loss, and acne may occur. Pain and redness at the injection site may also occur. If any of these effects persist or worsen, tell your doctor or pharmacist promptly.
Tell your doctor right away if you have any serious side effects, including:
Mental/mood changes (such as anxiety, depression, increased anger), trouble sleeping/snoring, signs of serious liver disease (such as persistent abdominal pain/nausea, unusual tiredness, yellowing eyes/skin, dark urine).
Male occurring side effects:
Trouble urinating, Breast swelling/tenderness, too frequent/prolonged erections.
Female occurring side effects:
Deepening of the voice, hoarseness, unusual facial/body hair growth, enlarged clitoris, and irregular menstrual periods.
This medication can cause your body to hold on to extra body water (edema). This can increase your risk of heart failure. Tell your doctor immediately if any of these unlikely but serious signs of water retention or heart failure occurs: decreased exercise ability, hands/ankles/feet swelling, unusual tiredness, shortness of breath while lying down.
A very serious allergic reaction to this drug is rare. However, get medical help right away if you notice any symptoms of a serious allergic reaction, including: rash, itching/swelling (especially of the face/tongue/throat), severe dizziness, trouble breathing.

About your medical history of heart disease (such as heart failure, chest pain, heart attack), liver problems, kidney problems, other types of cancer, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, enlarged prostate, sleep apnea, diabetes.
If you have diabetes, this product may decrease your blood sugar levels. Check your blood sugar levels regularly as directed by your doctor. Tell your doctor immediately if you have symptoms of low blood sugar, such as increased hunger, dizziness, or unusual sweating. Your anti-diabetic medication or diet may need to be adjusted.
This drug may affect your cholesterol and may increase your risk of heart or blood vessel problems (coronary artery disease).
Tell your doctor if you become bed-ridden (unable to walk) for a prolonged time while using this medication.
Caution is advised when using this drug in children because bone growth may be affected, causing shorter adult height.
This medication must not be used during pregnancy. It may harm an unborn baby.
